Sponsor a Supper
Sponsored Suppers: a meaningful hands-on way of giving
The Old Brewery Mission encourages associations, companies, school groups and individuals to sponsor and serve an evening meal for the city’s homeless and most needy citizens. We call these our Sponsored Suppers. This is an excellent opportunity for a group to get directly involved within the community.
Groups sponsor and serve the evening meal at the Old Brewery Mission’s Webster Pavilion. These suppers help hundreds of homeless men and women receive a nutritious meal every night. These occasions give sponsors the chance to support and interact with clients. The presence of donors also fosters an environment of care and respect in the cafeteria of the Webster Pavilion that our clients feel and appreciate. A Sponsored Supper is an amazing opportunity for a mutually rewarding experience connecting you to your community.
Who can serve a Sponsored Supper?
Any group of individuals committed to helping ease the plight of the homeless can sponsor a supper. Sponsors have included:
- Businesses and corporations
- Groups of co-workers
- Religious or community groups
- Schools
- Friends and families
